Is maintenance included in the original price?

No. Your Starter, Launch or Custom price covers the initial build. Maintenance and new features are quoted separately once your app is live.

What if I want a different developer to maintain my app?

That’s entirely your choice, you own the source code. We just make sure the handover is clean enough for anyone to pick up.

How fast do you respond to bug reports?

We aim to respond to non-critical bug reports within 2 working days. Anything affecting core functionality is treated as priority and addressed as quickly as possible.
